Official congress invitations can be sent to the participants through their own request for permissions for their institutions. These invitations can only be used for permission purposes. The registration and accommodation expenses of these participants shall be covered by themselves.
Registration and Information Desk
Registration and information desks in venue and hotel will be active between during the whole meeting between March 31 and April 1, 2023.
Each participant receives a name badge upon check-in at the registration desk. This badge should be worn at all times in order to gain access to the session rooms and other events. Please note that access to the congress areas will not be permitted without an official congress badge.
Cancellation inquiries shall be submitted by e-mail to Local PCO. In registration and room reservation cancellations before 28 February 2023, 50% of paid amount will be refunded. After 31st January 2023, paid amount will be non-refundable.
Please check whether you require visa for traveling to Turkey before your travel arrangements. Most European country citizens are exempt from a Turkish visa but if you require, your passports must be valid till the end of your stay. To ease visa procedures for citizens of the countries subject to visa regulations, visa counters are located in the arrival hall before passport check. The congress organizing committee cannot accept liability for personal life and property loss, damage or injuries either during or as a result of the meeting. Participants are advised to arrange their own personal insurance.
Certificate of Participation
All participants will be able to receive their participation certificates from the registration desk on March 1st, 2023 at 09:00.
